Carlos Minaya
Business Owner
Carlos has built a distinguished career as a casino executive, leading operations across Latin America and the Caribbean. He has held key positions in renowned multinational companies, including Resorts World – Genting, Sheraton Hotels & Casinos, Thunderbird Resorts & Casinos, and Princess International, among others.
He holds a professional degree in Integrated Marketing and a MicroMaster’s in Business Administration. In addition, he is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Carlos has completed various specialized courses and certifications focused on the casino industry and customer service.
Currently, he works independently as a Casino Player Representative, partnering with some of the world’s top casinos and cruise lines.
Beyond his professional life, Carlos is passionate about surfing, skateboarding, and poker. An avid reader, he considers reading his favorite hobby. He is also a proud father of three children, who serve as his daily source of inspiration and motivation.
